We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hobbii purchase; if you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. All returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
